Cancellation Policy
About Objects, Inc. reserves the right to cancel public classes up to 5 business days prior to scheduled delivery, although this rarely happens in practice. In the event a cancellation does take place, registered attendees will be given the option of enrolling in the next available class or receiving a full refund of any prepaid fees.
Customer cancellations made two to five days prior to the start date of a class are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Customer cancellations made one day before or on the start date of a class are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Prices, schedule, locations and curriculum are subject to change.
Alfresco Courses
Important Note: The following policies apply only to Alfresco training courses.
Customer Cancellation Policy for Alfresco Classes: Customers who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to eleven business days before the scheduled training start date. Customers who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than or equal to ten business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be responsible for 50 percent of their training fee. Customers who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than or equal to five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be responsible for 100 percent of their training fee. Those who fail to appear for training will be assumed to have cancelled their training on the day of the course and will be responsible for the full amount of the training fee.
Course Cancellation Policy for Alfresco Classes: Alfresco and About Objects reserve the right to cancel a course right up to and including the date of the course. Customers will be offered an alternative date or full refund of the course fee. Alfresco and About Objects shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the customer may suffer in the event that Alfresco or About Objects must cancel or reschedule a class.
